These Terms of Service govern your use of the Freedom Media CC Publisher application ("App"), operated by Freedom Media.
The App is a private automation tool that publishes pre-approved video clips to TikTok on behalf of an authorized creator account. It is not a public-facing product or consumer service.
Access to the App is restricted to Freedom Media personnel and the authorized content creator. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
All video content published through the App is owned by the content creator. Freedom Media does not claim ownership of any published material.
The App operates in compliance with TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Developer Terms. All published content must adhere to TikTok's platform policies.
Freedom Media is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to content distribution failures or API changes by TikTok.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
